I was just in here today, I was overwhelmed with all of the great selections and the customer service was very friendly and knowledgeable about items for purchase. Came by frequently and asked if all was going well and it was friendly. It pushed me further to make a purchase because the atmosphere was great. It's a great location, easy to find and I'm ecstatic to visit here more often.
Someone told me about this place the other day, so I Popped in! ;) Excellent selection, great pricing and location, and for those of us who are a bit challenged in Anime knowledge, their staff is as knowledgeable as they are passionate and helpful. They love and respect Anime and they EVEN have authentic Transformers from Japan. I'm more of an old school Anime person, but I'll definitely be back!
Nah, it's cool. No need to wait on me. I have only been standing at your counter for the last 5-7 minutes waiting to make a purchase, while the male employee left the register to go talk to his "bro", while the female employee sat behind the counter, not 4 feet from me, staring vacuously into space. I know the typical defense - "you should ask for help" - but really? Should I have to? If a customer is standing at your counter for several minutes, shouldn't one of the fundamentals of customer service include at least acknowle... read more
Awesome very interesting and very good love going there
I've lived in DFW all my life, majored in Japanese Studies from UNT, but I never knew about this place's existence until today. Very surprised with the amount of stuff they had, including the models, CDs, and food stuff directly imported from Japan. I will be coming back here more often.
It was really cool to know that there is an animation store here in Dallas. but it was extremely overpriced
