I feel animas transportation in ******* county Colorado Durango area is the best, to take a medicade cab ride, but, the owner could have picked a better hotel then what we stayed in, please do better on the hotel stay, Stacy the mngr in the ofc was awesome. She kicked butt, same with Trevor the driver both very reliable and helpful and friendly and professional, he was right on time, if they have issues they work with u on it, I like that, thanks Stacey and Trevor u both rock. Happy holidays. Be safe on the road

Today I was on the phone with *************** at 4:38 PM, this incident occurred. I heard the owner in the background, his name is ***************************. He came in aggressively into the room where ***** was, as I could hear the background noise clear as day. Then yelled at ***** saying, This ************* van better be cleaned right when it gets back, towards his employee, *****. I scheduled a second apt with this company after the first time they lost my paperwork I had turned in. I contacted ****** two days before they were suppose to pick me up to confirm apt . They never showed up at my scheduled time to help me get my eight year old son to children hospital in ****** . I called the fallowing morning and the boss ****** was very rude to me raising his voice at me that I had called and said I canceled my trip and I had NEVER called and canceled my trip that is a complete lie !
