If I could give him negative stars I would. He came to clean my pellet stove but it still won't turn on. He took the control panel in order to either fix it get a new one. That was 2 months ago and he doesn't not respond to any attempts to contact him about the control panel. I have a renter who now bugs me constantly about the stove and I have no idea how to get it fixed without the panel he took
After scheduling a chimney cleaning two months in advance and having Animas Stove and Spas not show up and reschedule five times they finally canceled.
