I tried to take a hundred dollars out of my account which I was charged with no funds received 105 charged but nobody received the money now they won't answer
This bank's web banking interface is straight out of 1990. I don't feel confident that my transactions are secure. The customer service line is even worse. I'm not going to give my account number and password to some random stranger in a call center! Everything this bank instructs me to do goes against basic internet common sense.
I would give no stars if I could My car loan was done by somebody who is new and completely messed it up , got a loan for $19,000 they gave a check to the guy for $20,000 then charged that to me , as well as not getting my tags for almost 5 months after purchase. Now too find out they added another $3000 onto my car loan making the total amount now $23731.02 when the car was $19,000. No one is taking responsibility and I'm finding these new add ons when I long into my account they aren't even trying to reach out to me ... ((... read more
Great customer service! Very very kind and helpful!
If I could give a 0 star I would bc I called them twice the begging of January for a skip payment on a loan. I then get a call in February that I missed the payment. They said there’s nothing they can do about it, but now I have to deal with messed up credit and possible repo bc they didn’t do their job right. I don’t recommend going here if you want good credit.
