They trimmed a dogs nails right down the paw & made them bleed all over. Then didn't even apologize to the dogs owner. You know the poor yelped every time they clipped a nail also. Heartless!
I arrived on time for my latest appointment. A lady walked in 5 minutes after I did and was 20 minutes late for her appointment. They saw her pet before seeing mine. I did not think it was a real big deal at the time but in retrospect it was the first in a series of disrespectful actions toward me. The vet admonish me for naming my cat what she considered to be a male name even though it was a female cat. What business of it was hers anyway?
