We recently had to say goodbye to our cat after 16 years. Dr. Bowers and team could not have been more compassionate and helpful during that time. She provided guidance and support to help us make a decision about end of life care in a way that made the situation easier. The respect and love shared with us and Craven during this time was amazing!
They ALWAYS answer my new dog mom questions, and there are a lot of them. The staff is always so friendly, and my pup Penny loves them.
Being new to the New Albany area and having an FIV+ cat made me nervous about finding a compassionate vet who would provide care and treatment options. While both cats were traumatized by their first new vet visit, the care taken by the staff was outstanding! They followed all the COVID-19 proper protocol, while still providing efficient and effective care for both cats, We were only gone for an hour and the fees were very reasonable! I’ve been taking my fur baby to Dr. Wagner for the past 8-9 years, and have always been so thoroughly impressed with the entire staff. Despite a very emotional decision and appointment, the staff was as amazing as always this past Saturday. Thank you to Jess and Dr. Bowers for the kindness you showed me and my kitty.
Dr. Wagner is amazing! She put my feline child's needs first and was attentive every second of the visit. I was so nervous at finding a new vet when I moved to New Albany, and quite frankly, I hit the jackpot with Animals-R-Special.
