First off, I'll start out with the positive. Quality dog beds. Last a very long time. I've purchased from Animals Matter for over the last 6-7 years, give or take. However, I just downsized into a condo and the plumbing is quite old, and the HOA recommended not washing things with a lot of dog hair on them. Since I have to send my covers to the cleaners, I needed some replacement covers. My dog enjoyed the bed for the week it lasted...product zipper messed up after a week....and then the zipper completely messed up and broke off ...cheap product
The DOG BED wasnt the greatest. I mean definitely a nice dog bed but NOT worth the price plus the headache the my assistant had to deal with the people running the customer service department.
Highly recommend! They were very helpful with all my questions and concerns. I have received my Puff for my lovely Husk and WOW the quality is great and she loves it so much!
Love Animals Matter! The quality of the products are Amazing. The Company is wonderful, knowledgeable, and helpful. Always a Great experience.
