My 73 year old father (who is a quiet anxious man) Called Animalia on my behalf (because I was working) and told the receptionist that she was displaying symptoms of persistent, hacking, "honking" cough, they asked if she had her vaccines she had indeed and then told him to bring her in. Thank you with all our hearts to Doctor Sabrina, Bridie and the wonderful staff ...it was with deep sadness that our btfl little pup Tum'on,needed to cross the rainbow bridge tonite ! Extremely disappointed with this clinic. I went on Monday to collect some pills to help calm our cat (cost $37.20), who was booked in to have her vaccinations and microchip. I administered the pills as directed, one in the evening and another 2 hours before her appointment - a total of 15 hours between pills. I was quoted approximately $217 for her vaccination and microchip. On the day our girl was misbehaving and the vet was absolutely terrified. Could not speak highly enough re the vet Dr Felipe and staff. I drive 35 minutes. My dog had surgery on his tail and the care, love and cost $ was excellent.
They have always been so kind and caring towards my pets and have lways given them the best of care.
