It has been two weeks and the tracking (Amazon carrier) informed me the product was not available for pickup. Customer service has yet to resolve my issue. Boo.
I have experienced the same issue as the other reviews that have been written. I ordered a set of Monkey Feet. The tracking I received didn't update for 6 days. I asked to start the return/refund process. The product eventually arrived after 10 days. 10 days to travel from CA to AZ? This is a normal transit of approximately 2 days. I've been emailing them constantly since I asked for my refund on 1/2/2024. They will not confirm receipt of the product and nothing has hit my bank. My Wife ordered me a Monkey Feet and we retuned it unused in early August. On August 18th it showed delivered back to the company. They refuse to assist and do not have a way of contacting them. They essentially stole my money. Avoid this company. Edit: Email was sent per the owners request, still no reply. Will update if he does reply.

Ordered an individual MonkeyFeet. Came well within the delivery window. Sturdy and does exactly as promised. I use it quite a bit.
