The staff at Animal Wellness were incredibly understanding and non-judgmental during a complex situation. They look the time to listen, explain options clearly, and provide thoughtful support every step of the way.. The kind of compassionate care provided here makes all the difference. :)
I had an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience with this clinic due to repeated medication errors, rude staff, and a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. On my first visit, I was given the wrong amount of medication for my dog. While mistakes can happen, this did not stop there. The second time I picked up the medication, I was again given an insufficient amount, and because this occurred over a weekend, my dog was forced to go days without her prescribed medication.
