We've had to visit the vet here quite a few times... from our dog being seen to turning up with injured wild life. Each and every time we've been meet with friendly and welcoming staff. Also the staff at the rehoming centre are incredible. You can tell the animals are cared for and are shown so much love.
We took our beautiful 16 yr old dog Scooby several times in his last months. Dr. John Gilmore was so understanding and looked after him as if he was his own. He tried everything possible to keep him comfortable in his last months. The most caring and helpful vets, nurses and staff. I have been taking my dogs there for 14 years. Would thoroughly recommend.
My experience with AWL reception was appalling, beyond words . The whole painful ordeal for us could have avoided if they had simply taken a few minutes to email a Vet Consultation Notes to our pet insurance . But it took me 3 days multiple phone calls and a trip to drive up to the vet to confront them. Our vet bill was $2647.21 after 3 visits .
