The amazing vets, vet nurses and receptionists were very friendly and helpful with our experience. Through what was a frightening experience and as first time pet owners to strays, the team were very informative with the what they were going to try and do and worst case scenario. Praise be to The Almighty for the knowledge blessed upon these people, we now have our gem healing at home beautifully for the past week. Thank you all so much for all yous have done for Tiguz, she is truly blessed.
Would be nice to be more clearer on your payment plans prior to visiting vet ! My mum went ithere yesterday because her cat had a deceased kitten (she didn’t know her cat was even pregnant) -she was absolutely heart Brocken cuz her luna is her baby and she was a healthy kitten when born but went downhill overnight - you said to her 159.00 payment and sort rest out - just to embarrass her in the office area, clearly hard to do the vet pay form, as she has a stroke not to long ago ! I have been taking my elderly little girl since moving her to Queensland....my daughter had already taking her dogs there.....they are wonderful....I also like the history of AWL...and they support non euthenasia....I also donate to AWL...PAY IT FORWARD
