Staff were extremely helpful for the price and Dr Jennifer was great, my Dog NEO loved her.
Overcrowded waiting room, long wait times. Clinic in desperate need of an upgrade. If you can afford, I'd recommend a private practice.
Absolutely disgraceful experience. My dog needs surgery, and I had already been to Greencross Vets for a consultation. I rang them up with all the paperwork, knowing exactly what needed to be done, and was still told no Id have to pay for another consultation. No effort to listen, no care factor—just another attempt to charge more money. It’s painfully obvious this place is more focused on profits than the wellbeing of animals. All the time I had good experience but just 15 min late because of traffic I didn’t get to see the vet just for a vaccination..I believe that was very rude especially the petrol prices so high I drove 30min get here plus took off from work..no value no moral support..I can see the AWL focus is changing from customer service, animal welfare to pure business
