Genuinely I can’t thank the team here enough, a medical emergency of my dog having something stuck in her stomach. The team here incredibly understanding and quick to act. They looked after me and my dog like family. I can’t speak highly enough of the front desk, nurses and vets. Thankyou all
Recently came to this centre for the first time to get our two-year-old German Shepherd desexed. We arrived on time but still waited about 20mins to be seen. After the surgery, we picked her up the same day and were told the post-op check-up was complimentary. At the 10-day post op appointment, I was asked to lift my dog up so they could see the scar (I’m 37wks pregnant) and then asked to stay in the waiting room while they took my dog out the back for check-up. Absolutely fantastic vets, all the staff were so lovely. I took two kittens in to be desexed and I feel they were taken very good care of and are now recovering well. Thank you from Chance, Princess and cat owner :)
