We have been here for three of our dogs now and have never had such wonderful service. Caitlin and Sue at the front desk are so kind and friendly and make it such a welcoming place and the two vets we have seen have helped our pups super well with a range of issues. All in all, I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else. They have such amazing staff, an easily accessible clinic and a range of payment methods. 10/10 would recommend! An update on 18/10/25. Took our pups in and were greeted so warmly by both Caitlyn and Sue! Cait... read more

Do NOT go here - She gave my dog a false reading - saying there was nodules all through my dogs lungs but she only took one x ray on one side like why wouldn’t you X-ray both sides so stupid.and told me to put my dog down - What a joke - Dr. Kado. My dog is alive and well. Glad I didn’t listen to her! Giving people false readings. That’s what you pay for here 👍.

So disappointed. Had my female cat desexed here, when making the booking I made it clear that having her stitches via the shank rather then belly as she had kittens, this was not followed. The tattoo in her ear was horrible her ear was filled with crusty ink and blood and after cleaning it myself their is really no tattoo visible. Communication was not great. And I get they would be so use to the procedure felt a lack of care I can only compare to when getting my boy desexed and the vet I went through was absolutely lovely h... read more

Got two female kittens neutered today, chipped and vaccinated with blood teats, over $1000 less than local vets. Staff were incredible, the nurse said she had the pleasure of meeting to gorgeous littens as they are very playful. All staff were very feiendly and our kittens are still in good health. Amazing service. Venus and Phoenix are doing well so far
