I’ve been going here for a couple years. And love it. I have picked up his eye drops from the office, which has been very convenient, since I live on an island and our pharmacy is wildly inconsistent. Today I had the worst customer service. The push back to pick up his eye drops from the clinic was wild. I had to explain why, a few different times. And she kept telling me it’s easier for me to pick up from the pharmacy. I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Landry and his staff. Our kitty Gabby had a melting corneal ulcer and was very likely headed toward needing the eye removed. Gabby is about 16 and has been undergoing treatment for lymphoma for over a year by the time she was diagnosed with this ulcer in February 2025. It is now Memorial Day 2025 and her affected eye has almost completely cleared and is much less cloudy. Our husky had an eye emergency due to an autoimmune issue. I called and left a message after hours as a last-ditch effort to save any vision I could. The next day, the clinic called and asked us to come in as they were fully booked, but would help in between other patients. Dr. Goldreich fit us in during her lunch! The staff was excellent and very proficient in examining a dog that had honestly had enough of having her eyes messed with. Even though I did not receive care there as my pup got better with at home treatment I was replied back to promptly and they showed a lot of empathy to my case!
