The doctor and the entire staff were great with my dog. Sure, he's an easy-going greyhound, but they were all so sweet and gentle with him. Dr. Goldreich knew just what was wrong with his eye and what to prescribe to fix it. We were seen quickly and spent little time in the waiting area. I will absolutely take my dog back here.
Cherry eye approx $3500 - was told I would get a call by 1pm with an update. Nope no update and no one answered. Left work to drive over and check. They called while I was en route said she was not ready and they want to keep her for several more hours and I could not pay bill as they won’t ring her up until they are ready - like what’s the hold up? The whole staff was so kind. I always received very clear communication about my dog's issue, procedure options, admin stuff, all of it. Dr. Landry even used a whiteboard to illustrate my dog's eye problem and I found that very cool, and helpful for deciding on the best treatment. I really appreciate the care my dog and I both received!
Do not recommend. High fee for return consultation without previous information (even if no exam is done).
