I have yet to take my dog there but I did call some questions about my dog having diarrhea and the staff member who answered my call was absolutely phenomenal and super caring. Definitely going to be where I take my pets if I ever need Urgent Care.
Our vet recommended this urgent care as they could not get my cat in soon enough for a sudden health issue. The staff and vet were quick to get us in and start treatment, and up front with the cost. Unfortunately our cats health was not fixable and we had to make the heartbreaking decision to euthanize him. I'm very disappointed in this vet. Thought they were great at 1st, but then realized how greedy they are. My last straw was when we went for a yearly exam. After the exam, I was told how much my bill was and I said okay thanks. Then SHE insisted that SHE WANTED to take a sample from a bump and test it, so she took a sample and came back and said "I dont recognize the cells, I dont know what it is but i think we should remove it for $1400" i said no and then they added almost 200 bucks to the bill, which was not agreed on bef... read more
They were able to get my dog in almost immediately, were very caring, knowledgable, and explained everything very thoroughly. They are very transparent and upfront about associated costs and pricing was very reasonable for urgent care. Would recommended to anyone in need of urgent care for their pet.
Called at 9:40 to have my maltipoo examined because of labored breathing. I was told that they close soon and have another pet coming in. They are not able to examine her. I've been here in the past and was very satisfied, today I am very disappointed that "urgent care" is available as long as it is convenient for them.
