The staff here were phenomenal! We brought our dog in and Deb at the front desk was super helpful and the tech and veterinarian were professional and treated our dog like their own. It was so nice to receive last minute vet care with such great people. I highly recommend Animal Urgent Care of Oconomowoc!
They were very professional and comforting when I had to put down my cat Fredward. I had called last minute to see about availability. They were able to put aside a private room with a private entrance as to not run into other animals. They said to call when I arrived and they would open the door for us. If and when you need to do the same for your pet I highly recommend them.
I have yet to take my dog there but I did call some questions about my dog having diarrhea and the staff member who answered my call was absolutely phenomenal and super caring. Definitely going to be where I take my pets if I ever need Urgent Care.
Our vet recommended this urgent care as they could not get my cat in soon enough for a sudden health issue. The staff and vet were quick to get us in and start treatment, and up front with the cost. Unfortunately our cats health was not fixable and we had to make the heartbreaking decision to euthanize him. I'm very disappointed in this vet. Thought they were great at 1st, but then realized how greedy they are. My last straw was when we went for a yearly exam. After the exam, I was told how much my bill was and I said okay thanks. Then SHE insisted that SHE WANTED to take a sample from a bump and test it, so she took a sample and came back and said "I dont recognize the cells, I dont know what it is but i think we should remove it for $1400" i said no and then they added almost 200 bucks to the bill, which was not agreed on bef... read more
