We just wanted to thank you for the exceptional Care we received during a very difficult time helping our little Stubby cross the rainbow bridge.
Highly recommend this place! I have had to come here two separate occasions now for my cat and have nothing but great things to say. They have helped me everytime and are very informative and friendly. Laura at the front desk is so sweet and personable. Tammy the tech was great and I can tell she truly cares about my pet and making sure she is okay. The doctor is also great and very thorough and answered all questions I had. My dog had to be put to sleep and the process was very easy at the time. I was told I would get my dogs paw print but it would take time. I called and was told I don’t know what happened to it and they can’t verify because there are no records kept. The Vet came to the phone said it was done out the goodness of their heart said the US postal service failed me and said good bye and hung up the phone. My sister took her beloved Spike to this establishment to be euthanized. This was a very hard decision for her to make. After making the decision to free him of his suffering, she placed her pet of 14 years under the care of this establishment. In remembrances of Spike, she requested to have his paw print made, and was assured that it would be provided to her in a few months time. The hardest thing to do is to let go of a pet - its no easier when the pet isnt yours. We had to bring in a kitty who was abandoned with us, and who was in a real rough state. I called to ask what resources there were because we have no money at all. They were very kind and understanding and told us we would figure it out when we got there. The poor guy had to be humanely euthanized, and we brought him home to bury him.
