Dr. Allen and her team gave us everything we needed tonight for our Ghostface. We walked in unsure of our situation and walked out with a plan. We are so thankful to have a place we can comfortably take our animals in their time of need. Our tech made sure we understood every single step. They were knowledgeable all around including the front desk. Thank you all for everything!
took my dog Elly. She was having some stomach issues. From the lady at the front desk to the staff in the back, I could not have asked for a better experience for me and for Elly. They were so good to both of us. The staff and the Dr. Allen seemed to really care and I could tell my Elly felt better after the care she got here. I love that this is privately owned. I found this clinic on google, saw they were open and assumed I would get URGENT care for my SENIOR pup, boy was I wrong! Checked in at 6/6:05, and waited almost 2 hours! Not put in a room Still in waiting area! I know there were 2 rooms available because 2 checked out while I was there. Now at 7 ish or so another family came in, do you know they were taken to back before me!!! Now I sympathize with the fact that there animal was sick, so was mine! From my initial call & throughout the entire process, everyone on staff was phenomenal. They responded urgently and knew the proper procedures for handling our emergency. As soon as we arrived, they immediately took action, and diligently kept me in the loop along the way. Dr. Allen took the time to sit & speak with me personally, & patiently answered all of my questions. She’s very compassionate & down to earth, which is rare and priceless in these situations. Definitely stands out above the rest!! Highly recommend.
Wonderful to our puppy! They cared about what what going on and listened to us.
