Terrible experience,overcharged and misdiagnosed and then sent me over to emergency hospital after they were paid for doing absolutely nothing.
My little dog had been throwing up/diarrhea for a couple of days. I took him to Urgent care and was immediately taken in and Laura asked for complete symptoms, etc. and read them back to me to be sure we understood each other. Dr. Allen gave him a thorough exam, and a shot for nausea, as well as medications to take home. He started improving that afternoon and by the 2nd day was almost back to normal. It seems he ingested some poison used in the yard. I recommend this facility for Urgent care.
BEST VET OFFICE AND TEAM!! I have no words to express how grateful we are to have found this place. I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Allen and the staff. They were so attentive, kind, and caring. It’s never fun having to take your pet to the vet, especially for an urgent need. I never doubted our pet was in the best of hands. My husband took our boy Rip here last week. He said everyone was so helpful and kind. He was in a lot of pain, but he’s doing so much better now. Thank you for helping our boy! We’re so glad to have found this urgent care. ♥️
