I had to quickly find an urgent care for Khaleesi and they were the closest to me and able to assist me over the phone so quickly. The staff were very friendly and easy to talk to especially during a very stressful situation. I felt so scared and anxious about my pup's situation. The staff and the vet were very good at communicating and offering treatment options/costs. I felt like my baby was well taken care of when she was there and that helped with my anxiety. The staff was incredibly attentive — not only to our dog Polo, who was the patient, but also to our dog Pepita, who was there purely for moral support for her brother. For an urgent care visit, everything moved as quickly as you could reasonably expect for a walk-in, and the whole process felt very organized. The pricing runs a bit higher than a regular primary vet clinic, but I was grateful they’re open until 10 PM and took such good care of our dog.
Dr.Berman is very nice & professional
Amazing place. They have taken care of my dog Piper on two separate occasions now and I always feel like she is in good hands. Their hours of operation are really great since you never know when an emergency is going to pop up.
