My Labrador Retriever has had 3 surgeries at Animal Trust Bolton. Spayed and both legs Cruciate Ligament. Excellent care from Animal Trust. No issues all transparent regards care and charges and what surgery entails from the operating Vet, Brandon. Really pleased cannot fault the standard of care. Labrador Retriever currently recovering well from second cruciate ligament surgery. Thanks Brandon and your vetinary team.
Please I beg you don’t take your dog here for any big problems little things you might be okay but we took our 10 month old boy Rex in and he was sent home like a shell of a dog after stomach surgery and then was back in with him every single day after he was sent home as he wasn’t right atall just sleeping and weeing I never saw my boy again after first taking him here like I said he was sent home a shell and every time I took him back in I was told no he just need these medications and he will be fine anyway on the fourth ... read more

We had to use your services as an out of hours emergency for our family dog. Our usual Vets were closed. You were able to book our dog in and she was seen within the hour. Sadly our dog was far too poorly and we had to let her go. Your staff not only went the extra mile but showed so much compassion from the initial phone call until the very end. We cannot recommend yourselves highly enough and are now transferring our other two dogs to your practice.
More chance of getting through to The Queen. My dog has been at this vets for years but now due to the new telephone system and taking 30mins+ to get through its easier to use elsewhere. Whats wrong with just ringing a number and speaking to a person? Whys it always a time consuming robot.
