After my dog decided to help himself to some chocolate brownies and after a quick google search we found this emergency clinic and was surprised at the low cost for an emergency consultation. The staff were great, kind and very friendly and helpful. Recommended to all
Once again my appointment has been cancelled or never booked at all, despite both a phone call and an email to confirm it. It’s impossible to get through to the practice or obtain any information. U can call hours and noone is there. It’s a disaster — no one seems to care about the ongoing months-long treatment, all because of the lack of communication. The whole service is a disgrace. Took my dog to Animal Trust yesterday after he was stung by a wasp. He was treated within an hour of me calling them on a Saturday morning and with so much care. The staff were kind, reassuring, and explained everything clearly. I was also really impressed with how reasonably priced it was compared to other vets. Such a relief to know my dog was in safe hands – I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
