First off the people "allegedly" leaving reviews of 2 months ago are FAKE . THIS SCAMMER COMPANY TOOK MY MONEY IN JANUARY was to deliver my pup . Called me on day of pick up and told me their Accounts have been frozen and I will be refunded 550$ but I needed to find other means to get my pup transported. I have left messages, email NO RESPONSE . CALLED BBB THEY DID NOT RESPOND TO THEM EITHER . I booked a reservation on Feb. 23 and paid a deposit for my pet to travel the week of March 22, with the arrival being March 26, or 27. Called in early March and was reassured that there wouldn't be any cancellation. Hadn't heard exactly when pet would be picked up, so emailed on March 18 and then again on March 19. I would definitely recommend ATW to transport tour new furry companion. The driver, Keith who brought my Luigi from Alabama to California was the most trusted and responsible drivers in all ATW. He got trouble with his van half way this his trip and texted me right away to let me know about his situation. My Luigi made it safe and happy and we thank ATW for their professionalism.

Friendly Staff did great with communication once pup was in transport but would appreciate at call once petconomy pickup schedule is available.
