Overall: Their kindness, compassion, empathy and knowledge are incredible. If you are looking for a clinic that genuinely cares about your pet, look no further. This is the place. The staff is absolutely amazing. My pup absolutely loathes going to the vet. She tends to get pretty grumpy when they start trying to check her out- and particularly hates the stethoscope. I took my pet ( a Standard Poodle) to get neutered here from a pet rescue referral and they were so kind and caring and very friendly and reassuring to me throughout the whole experience. A day after procedure I had concerns about my dog not drinking and not having a bowel movement yet.- so I called and talked to Pricilla about my concerns - she told me to try taking him outside without the cone on a leash as some dogs won't go to the bathroom with it on. We had both of our dogs fixed here in January and our experience here was awesome! Our male working dog (Dutch Shepherd/Malinois) is spicy and they were able to handle him muzzled of course!) no problem and judgement free. Both dogs have healed up beautifully! We found this amazing and caring Vet through a friend of ours who saw the „Fall special“ about spaying and neutering. I got in contact with the Animal Surgical & Dental Clinic and Priscilla was just incredible, we had a lot of questions and we always had a quick answer on our email.
