Love the knowledge and help you receive here. It's worth the extra few minutes to drive. Have been a customer for years.
I've been bringing my dogs here for grooming since they opened. I recently bought a new house a half hour away and we still make the trek to Animal Supply House so Heidi (my 13 year old terrier mix) and Max (my 8 year old Shih Tzu) can continue to get groomed by Sheryl! She takes such good care of them. Heidi is a senior and has back issues and I wouldn't trust her with anyone else! The owner and sales staff are very friendly and helpful; unlike big box pet stores! Thanks for all you do!
I got my mom's dog, Lucy, a schnauzer mix, groomed at the Pooch Parlor and they did a fantastic job!! Plus the customer service is great. The staff is always friendly and Billy Williams does everything he can to make you happy. Love this place!!
The Pooch Parlor removed the beard off of a schnauzer! And still charged $45 for a botched hair cut!
Do not get your dog groomed there! Horrible job and would not refund my money. Horrible customer service.

This is a great store! I know because I used to deliver pet supplies to the store. I worked along side the owner for years! I know his heart for customers! They are friendly, caring, and will always look out for your animals needs. Billy works to give you the best prices on your purchases, and offers discounts on all items some days. Just went to the new Pet Supermarket.... Left and came back to Animal Supply! Super nice people all of them! Will always bring all my pet needs here, Mollie walked around free like she owned the place! Hehehehe
