Absolutely love this store. They are so helpful and friendly. Our fur babies love this place as well. The self serve dog wash is amazing and makes traveling with my dogs so much easier!
Great store and staff. Prices are competitive. They always make you feel welcome and glad for your business. It's great to go to a store that knows you by name and what food you feed your pet.
The Burke family have been customers of Animal Supply House for 4 years. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. We have 2 dogs that have protein allergies. One pet began having skin rashes and hair loss. A helpful staff member suggested a particular food and in a month the rash was resolved and the hair grew back. We were also told if the food didn't help we could return it and try a different food at no cost. We also use the grooming team at the store. I visited for the first time today and the customer service was excellent! I went in for dog food and treats.They went out of their way to start carrying a treat product I was looking for. I will continue to bring my business to them in the future!!
These guys are Excellent!!! Great Store and Awesome Customer service. For ex,, what other pet store will deliver your purchase without any questions. Billy and his staff always take care of me. I call and within couple hours my purchases are delivered. Support this great local business.
