Pet shop went out of BUSINESS....02/25/2020
I would not recommend this animal shop because the hours that they say they are going to be open they are NOT. Some people work all week long and need to come in on Weekend to get animals food. I have now been sitting outside since two o’clock the time posted that they open and no ones here it’s almost 2:40. Hours posted are open from 2-6, sign out front even says open at two. they aren't always open when the hours posted say so.. It's the only place I can get fish for my pet at a reasonable price.. Sometimes I'll go days without fish and that's not ok with me

Went in today with my boyfriend... the animals were cute and fun to see but Levi the shop cat stole the show for sure❤️
The owner is very nice and the crickets we get there are reasonably priced and healthy. It’s much cheaper than buying them at the box stores.
I wish the owner would keep some consistent and reliable hours. This is the ONLY pet store in the area and we don't have any other place to buy crickets and roaches for our lizard. We live in Reed City and have made special trips to Big Rapids just for lizard supplies only to find the store is closed when it's posted that they're open. seriously disappointed lately.
Since they changed their hours they don't open on time, nobody ever answers the phone and very poor for business!
Love this place but it would be fantastic if they were open for once....every time we come here I feel like they are closed for some reason. Or post it on Facebook so I don’t waste my gas making a wasted trip �
