ARH Wollongong have been amazing. Our dog ended up needing x-rays and major surgery. Every staff member we spoke to was absolutely lovely and so caring. They provided regular updates and kept us in the loop of everything that was going on. I can't recommend them enough if you have an after hours emergency.
I am still recovering from the traumatic experience my family & I had at AHR with my dog Luna and the unprofessionalism & carelessness of the team that worked between 25th Dec 2024 - 26th Dec 2025.
A bit pricey but luckily have insurance. Excellent service and will be coming back here if I need to. Thank you very much .
Brought my kitten in as she had fallen down the stairs. She was already on edge and scared during the car ride and once we arrived and walked through the door she sprung out of her box. We quickly grabbed her and put her back into the box but after this incident we received rude treatment from reception. After the consult with the vet ( who was lovely ) reception offered to put in for my claim which I approved.
