ok, I acted & left a review too hastily, I was a very worried pet mom. I apologize. She is very sick with renal failure. I called my vet Saturday morning & of course they were closed. So I called Animal Referral again & got in right away. They gave her fluids & anti nausea shot. & wanted to do a blood panel. I just had one done a week before from my vet. Numbers were not good, but not the worst. They gave me 3 options bring her home, admit her or let her go. I took her home, she is doing slightly better for now. The doctor ... read more

I called this so called animal hospital for my sick cat who is in kidney failure because she was very ill & I was told that they would not see her because she was not ill enough. Isn't this suppose to be a emergency animal hospital where you can bring your sick pets when your regular vet is closed. SHAME ON YOU, YOU ARE DISGUSTING. My cats are very important to me, I don't want to see her suffer & you turned her away. If she passes because you would not see us I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. For what you charge yo... read more

a family member had to bring her cat here, and he ended up just needing a catheter. they wanted to charge her $1000 up front, just for a catheter. prices are ridiculous. the people that run this place should be ashamed of themselves. they're not in it to help animals, they're in it to rob people.

We brought our baby girl here over the weekend. 10/10/20. We knew she was sick. She had a uterine/cervical infection and would eventually need surgery, sooner rather than later. I wanted to bring her home, but they filled out heads with all these what ifs, so when we asked about leaving her there even overnight to get medicine and rehydration they said they would need $3500!!! Just to let her stay...just to let her stay? $3500. Obviously we didn't have that kind of money, how many people really do at the drop of a hat. My hu... read more

They only care about payment not helping your animal.

I have needed to use the Referral Center twice now. Last year my Great Dane, Shark needed very extensive cherry eye surgery. I was very pleased with the outcome and so far it has been successful. Just recently I needed to utilize the emergency services for my other Dane. We drove the 3 hours to get there, arriving at 8pm. I was VERY pleased with everyone I talked to, especially Dr. Robbie, who was excellent! He was very on the ball with running tests & the right treatment which saved my dogs life. They do wonderful work.

They let my 5 year old dog die because I couldn't come up with the last $50 that I needed to come and bring him in and refused to give me 24 hours to get that money to them...heartless....he had to die because of money

We were referred by our regular vet for an issue with our dog, as the vet had no immediate openings. We made an appointment and the receptionist or tech who made the appointment never mentioned the policy about having to wait in our vehicle while they examined our dog. We were told after we arrived and gave very basic information about the issue to a vet tech in the lobby. How can we just leave our dog and not be present for the exam? What if they needed more information, would we have to wait for a phone call? Also, our dog... read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE! Due to Covid when you get there you have to call. Which is totally understandable! So I call, the receptionist answers and says please hold, I’m helping a patient. Thinking I would be on hold for maybe a few minutes. I was on hold for 40 minutes before I just hung up, picked up my dog and walked in. When I walked in the receptionist was gossiping with another co-worker. I said I’m sorry but I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes and my dog needs to be seen she said. I’m sorry but we’re on an intake h... read more
