Personally I have been to alot of kennels, but Animal Ranch is perfect. The owner is really sweet and will always work to fit your needs. My dog was so happy. I recommend it. Promise your dog will be treated as if they were there own. :)
They boarded my dogs in a pinch, but that was the only good thing. No one was around when I arrived to drop off my dogs, then I had to wait 20 min for a worker to open the gate for me to pick up my dogs after returning from my trip. This was after she had already called earlier in the morning to reschedule the pick-up. They took off my dogs' collars upon arrival and they had to lay/sleep on concrete. I refuse to go back- even in a pinch.
Are you kidding me?????????? I knew we were in trouble when we went to drop off our small dog late Friday for a trip we had planned on Saturday. It smelled horrible, and was terrible dirty. Tte space we had reserved was directly next to a Great Dane that barked so loud I couldn't even hear myself speak, nor the lady trying to figure out what she was suppose to do. None of the conversation I had with the owner was conveyed. We wound up leaving her in a rabbit cage in the lobby so she would not be so distressed - this was her ... read more
