The team at My Kind of vet, are friendly, and looked after my dog, straight away.Very Happy to have such vet so close to me.
I took my dog to this vet for an ear yeast infection. It was very expensive with hidden costs not advised at the time, first visit $394. The follow up in a week's time I was told was $96 & a deposit of $50 was held but when paying the remaining $46 I was advised it was $214.03 (as they did another ear swab). I have to go back the following week & pay the remaining $118.03. It seems to be all about profit and charge what ever they want and ya just gotta pay.
That was the easiest vet experience we’ve ever had with our normally anxious cattle dog. Thank you!
We have been with MKOV since they were animal options and our dogs were babies, so well over 10 yrs. Always the best advice, service and care from all the team. Daisy and Willow are always well cared for and their health and recovery always at the forefront of any treatment options, and everything is always well explained. Now that our girls are senior their wellbeing moving into their senior years is so important and we always come away feeling informed and empowered as to any decisions that need to be made.
Melody is a great doctor, she consistently provides top quality care to my cat and always keeps me well informed on how he's doing, future treatments to plan for, etc. Couldn't ask for better service.
