Un caring place , snotty employees ,no help to our sick dog . they would not listen to our concerns about our dog and that something was strange because our other dogs had it too all at the same time . They did not seem to want to find what was wrong and sent us home with pain pills only .. . I contacted our vet office today and told her what was happening to our dogs and the RECEPTIONIST there figured it out what toxin was attacking our dogs after our 2 minute conversation on the phone . We took our English bulldog there one evening after a seizure. Our vet had been seeing her and giving her medication for seizures. She ended up being filled with cancer and that was why she was having breathing problems and seizures. We had to say goodbye to her in our arms as they gave her the shot that took her to her rainbow bridge. They were very compassionate during the difficult decision and made what was one of our families worst loss. A friend told me of their experience with their pet when it fell ill and they had to come here. I was hoping I never had to rush to an ER for my dog but I did. Im so glad there was such a compassionate group of people up so late at night to take care of my fur baby.
I had to take my pet to an emergency hospital in the middle of the night for ingesting a toxin and Thank God for the Animal Neurology and ER Center! They were very prompt in looking at my dog even though there were other clients there too. All the staff was super nice and caring and went over everything with me that was going to be done. I felt comfortable knowing step by step what was happening and that my pet was in good hands.
