Came in today to possibly see about getting my pet neutered and seeing what I need to do/get some information. I planned on going in as well to get him a shot he needs. The woman at the counter yells from across the room "HOW CAN I HELP YOU?!" I just simply told her that I was looking to get my pet neutered and before I could say anything more she yells, "NO.
