After 35+ years I have decided to find another Animal practice. As much as I have loved the care my animals have received, I feel that compassion has been replaced by dollars. Several times I have called when either my cat or parrot was sick and was told that there were no appointments available but if I wanted to walk it it would cost an additional $75.
