The staff there was outstanding and helped me with a situation of being out of town and having an issue with my pet. Outstanding!! They saved the vacation!!
This was the only place in town back when I first got my dog that would schedule him in to be neutered in a reasonable amount of time. Ever since, they've been the only place I've taken him for anything else he's needed. The lobby smells very strongly of urine but what can you do at an animal clinic I guess. The staff were super kind to my dog, non-judgmental of his breed (pitbull) and helped him when he was spooked over getting his nails clipped. I'll continue to bring all my animals here. The staff and vets are amazing!! Dr. Amanda just loves our bassets. Explains their issues, if there are any, and listens to my concerns!! We are lucky to have a great animal clinic in Cheboygan!
When the day came, that my 18 year old cat had to be put down, they treated her, and I as if we were their family. So kind, so caring! Then, a condolence card later. I now take my puppy there. Very pleased with them.
