I took my dog to Dr Bell two weeks ago. I spent over $800 running tests to see what was going on. He was always too busy to call and let me know results so I picked up results and took to another vet and they put her on a treatment plan immediately. Had he had “time” to get back with me she would have been receiving treatment a week earlier.
