Dr Chester and his new associate vet Dr Provine are wonderful and good to my dog and cat. My new puppy is comfortable with Dr Provine and Dr Chester is the only vet my 9 year old cat will allow to pick him up.
We bought our big grumpy girl cat Cleo in at the last minute to be seen; we weren’t really sure what was wrong but she wasn’t eating and just seemed overall unwell. Dr Provine was quick in his diagnosis and had us in and out within 30 minutes! Thank yall so much for showing Cleo kindness and getting us in and out quickly. Pics for reference- she is doing much better now
Trooper saw Dr. Provine. I dont know, really, how “new” he is to the practice. He looked about my daughter’s age - late 20’s. HE WAS BRILLIANT with my dog. Trooper was seen for a spit on his hind, rabies shot, and heartworm medicine. He is a foster fail (I was supposed to just foster him but kept him) and was left for dead with his back legs shattered (he’s fully recovered). He has no issue with vet offices, though! Lost a family cat due to his misdiagnosis visually diagnosed out cat with a ruptured disk with not even offering an xray. Sent us home with steroids to help inflammation Monday. Wednesday we make a return visit because the cat is declining in health rapidly. Dr Chester admits he miss diagnosed the cat and it’s actually a blood clot. Gives us shots to take home and give to him and says come back tomorrow if he’s not better he will be out down. He passes over night Wednesday to Thursday . Been seeing Dr Chester for decades, this man truly cares about animals. He also cares about humans and never overcharges. Most recently I took my dachshund for dental work (she stores her food in front of which I missed and they got bad), we talked about how the rest of her teeth are fine and decided the best course of action was to remove her front teeth.
