I've been a customer of theirs since about 2011. They've always been amazing with what they do and always show compassion not only to my animals but to me as well. They explain treatments to you so it's easy to understand what you or they need to do and why. They've always been very accommodating and patient with last minute appointments.

My fur babies and I love our vet! It's so nice to go someplace where you know they care!
Dr. Koch and staff are the BEST! I have been going there for over 15 years and they are always kind, considerate and the quality of care is excellent.
My cat Cy had an intestinal blockage and spent the entire day in the clinic at their brand new location. Dr Koch and staff were all wonderful, as always!!! Cy had a traumatic day enduring 3 enemas. (I'll spare you the details) but he's just fine..... I think his pride may be a bit hurt!!! Thanks again for the loving care!! Love the new clinic!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
