Nice location but they add random charges when kenneling without notifying you or asking permission such as giving a ”capstar” for flea/tick control because the pet is not on THEIR product....B.S. policy and would be nice to know before receiving the bill despite clearly asking how much the boarding visit would cost upon dropping the pet off with an up-to-date suot record. Seems like they will do anything to nickel and dime you, I’ll take my business elsewhere!
