They have an emergency line they answer or respond to 24/7. The Dr was very understanding even though I woke him up I'm the middle of the night, because dogs seem to know business hours and only have emergencies late at night or on weekends. They got us in the next day, which is FAR more than I can say for the vet i used to go to near Hyrum. Our new pup, Mr.President needed his first set of shots and the world’s kindest receptionist (feel bad for not getting her name but she was there today Sat May 24 -ShotOut to you! ) I called first thing and she got us in that same day. On a SATURDAY! This was also our first time meeting Dr. Mumford, he was great, provided a lot of information, and answered all of our questions. We were scheduled, got in there and left ALL in less than 30mins. Impressive
