Horrible experience. I would leave no star if I could. My dog smells like diarrhea because this place which is also a grooming place left my dog in his dung and covered it up with nasty perfume. We spent $660 on neutered services and used dogs cones for 4 dogs. All I asked was for a proper receipt and the man cut me off and said this consent form would justify as proof for my dogs Insurance to cover it. If you love your dogs do not bring them here! If you value self health definitely save yourself the headache and do not come here. The "receptionist" older white man with hair is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in Louisiana in the past 7 years. There greed had them tell my husband it was ok to bring my dog in after he ate to get neutered. Unethical, not sure how they’re still in business honestly. Please, if you care about your pets, do not take them here. They do not care about the wellness of your pets, only about the money. It’s very sad
