It's nice not to have to pay for superfluous crap.
This is the only vet that would answer my call to help a stray dog that was hurt. Tuolumne county sheriff's would help transport if I found a vet who would help. If I didnt find this wonderful man that dog would of laid in the street and possibly die.
I already have a dog that comes here and gets medication there regularly. I called because we are a military family transitioning to a new home and needed heart worm for our new dog. I offered to send in blood work and was treated really poorly by the receptionist. Some people aren't cut out for customer service, and she is definitely one of them. If Dr. Pollard wasn't a great veterinarian, I would be leaving this office.
