We have 3 dogs, 1 cat and a lizard. Love the Docs. Very caring. Front office staff has gone down hill considerably over the last year or so. Thinking about changing vets because of it. Shame. MANY others I speak to agree. 5 stars to the Docs, 1 star to the staff = 3 stars.
