This was my first visit to the Avian and Exotic Animal Clinic, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. I brought in my baby chick for an eye infection, and the entire staff was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. Superior Care, Knowledge, and Experience. Dr. Chen and Dr. MacFarland are terrific veterinarians. All members of their team help assist you on understanding what is best for the care and well being of your pet. They always go above and beyond in explaining medical procedures, possibilities of treatments, and breaking down any paperwork. Adored Emma, and appreciated her taking time to break all our paperwork down for us too! They are the only Avian Specialist I would recommend. 🦜

The entire staff was so kind and patient with us and our senior bird. They are also just really fun to talk to! The prices were really reasonable, too. Can’t wait to bring the rest of the animals :)
