I took my deceased dog in to be cremated she told me it would be about 2weeks that was fine I paid the bill … in two weeks they call say he was ready for pick up…I go to pick him up and his name plate is not there also she had said he wasn’t ready yet, But ask me to wait then came out with a brown box. I asked them to mail the name plate to me cause I moved over a hour away it took them over 2weeks to mail the name plate I had to call them to remind them it cost me $275 for cremation with name plate a bit expensive for them ... read more
