We recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our beautiful girl, Tessa, and the team at Animal Medical Centre were incredible throughout the entire process. My dog has been seen here on numerous occasions over a long period of time for various issues, including this particular problem, and has also been seen at the clinic within the last six months. When I recently called to discuss trying a different medication, which had been recommended to me by others who have dealt with a similar issue, I was advised that I would need to pay an additional $117 consult fee before this could be considered. Can’t thank all the staff, especially Dr Sue at AMC for the care and treatment of my dog Clyde over the last 7 months. Without their care and expertise Clyde wouldn’t be with us and as healthy as he is now. Everyone has been amazing and the care given to Clyde to make the experience as comfortable and calm for him as possible. Clyde now loves going to the vet to see all his new friends. Cannot recommend them more ❤️❤️
Have never had any complaints about all staff and vets they have all been very caring and kind. But Friday appointment with Locom was not impressed. Not very helpful and all he wanted to do was lecture me. I will still be a client here but would not recommend seeing this locom again.
I brought my dog in after being ran over and they all jumped into action and looked after her so well , kept me informed and luckily no major injuries very lucky girl. We always receive the best of service and care for any of our pets, and it would be 30yrs we have been fortunate to receive the best care and support from the whole team: highly recommended them to everyone who asks for ho is the best Vets in town.
