I can't say enough about this place. It's unassuming and pretty small, but the people are great. All the doctors have been great, but especially Dr. Taylor of late. He's very thorough in describing his conclusions and the options, and he's called me like 3 times in the last week despite it being a very small issue that could have been handled by the front desk. A much better experience than I've had with other vets. They really put in the work.
We absolutely love Dr. Taylor and recommend him 100% to anyone in need of a vet. He is exceptional, detail oriented, caring and solution focused. He is always direct and honest. He never upsells and truly does what is best for each and every animal. He follows up personally which is amazing. We never felt rushed, even though we know he was busy. He is really one of a kind. Dr. Taylor took great care of our fur baby. He was extremely informative and gave extensive details on each issue our pup was facing, the pros/cons of certain medicines & treatments and he really took the time to go through everything with us. Would highly recommend!
