Dr. Schroer and staff are OUTSTANDING!!! I have been to multiple other places with my baby (dog) for an issue that’s been ongoing for over a year. I was brushed off and my concerns ignored. Then I come here! And the Dr sat with me for 45 minutes listening to all my concerns and things that we’ve tried for the issue, and took her time to explain what I needed to hear in detail, without making me feel like a burden for taking her time! Everyone was very friendly and took time to explain everything to me. I didn't feel like they were too rushed to answer my questions. They were also able to get her seen right away.
Very friendly and informative. They squeezed us in at the end of the day for an emergency when our regular vet would not. So thankful!
