The Dr.s & staff have been nothing but GREAT to my many animals almost forty yrs. I feel they are the BEST in Roane county.
I have been taking my pampered princess there for 3 years and love the care she receives! Staff works with you when you have issues getting appts., credit card mixups, etc. The vets are top notch and really care about your fur baby! They even have their own cat , Lexie to greet you when you go to the Harriman office! Love having the opportunity to pay monthly especially being on a fixed income! They are worth checking out!! From a very happy adopter!
This morning, my 3 year old Chocolate lab was welcomed and "worked in" because she was experiencing diarrhea, not eating and weak after this starting 3 days ago. I tried to go to Roane County Hospital (her vet since a puppy) but was told they were overbooked and couldn't "work in" my sick girl. (REALLY, they do that?). This center was very helpful and treated my girl when she needed a Dr. Everyone was great. Our new vet!
Office staff and vet techs were great. I was told by Dr Warner that they were not interested in treating my german shepherd. My dog is aggressive. Dr Warner did not introduce himself, was abrupt, did ask a few questions and told me I should put my dog down. My dog has been to another vet in Virginia with no issues and has also been boarded at kennels with no issues. My dog is challenging and aggressive but he made no effort to provide care. Thank you Dr. Jack for making my Hank back to 100% and eating and drinking again. He had to stay an extra night after surgery and everybody loved on him and gave him the attention he needed! Thank you all so much!
My little girl was spayed at AMC yesterday. All the girls were so sweet and it was so obvious how much they adore the pets. Thank you all for taking great care of my Grace. See you this afternoon.
