This hospital is super friendly and really know how to work with animals! My GSD is pretty fearful of new people but the staff were so kind and patient with him and helped him transition really well to the point that he would go them willingly! Overall they did such a good job
0 stars!!!!! Take your pet and run! I'd heard that this place was overpriced before, but just figured it was normal for an emergency vet visit - I was wrong. The price gouging was ridiculous. Every day, something new was wrong and costs continued to increase. Vet visits are expensive naturally, but we were shocked when we saw the estimates coming in vs other animal hospital pricing. We took my baby here fully thinking he would be walking out. But he walked in and couldn't walk out. He was in hospital for 5 days. 5 whole days with a rotation of doctors telling us something new was wrong with him every day. They had no clue. When we went to pick him up to take him to VCA in Aurora, they wrapped him in a dirty blanket picked up off the floor from the unclean room they put us in. It has shit from another dog on it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. If I could leave one star I would. They will do everything they can to squeeze money out of you without actually helping your animal. Dirty and unsanitary conditions plus cynical staff. They even will give false hope so you'll keep funneling money. These people shouldn't be allowed to work with animals. Please take your pets to another hospital, save yourself the money and the heartbreak.
