This was our first visit since our usual vet was out of town and Petey needed to be seen urgently. Everyone was so kind and welcoming from the front desk (Madison), to the vet tech (didn’t catch her name), to Dr. Rippy. We will be back!
We recently brought our sweet old girl to Animal Medical center of McKinney after being recommended by a friend. From the moment we walked in, the front office staff was so kind and welcoming, treating her with such gentleness. We met with Dr. Alex, who was truly amazing—she took the time to listen, showed so much compassion, and made us feel like she genuinely cared about what was best for our dog. Always friendly & helpful!
I am SO IMPRESSED with Dr. Hunter! I brought my dog to Animal Medical Center for a 2nd opinion on an ear issue. My other vet had seen my dog twice about the problem and given my no answer or guidance. Dr. Hunter immediately diagnosed an ear infection and gave her a treatment. After 3 days my dog was feeling better and is back to normal! I wish I had known about Dr. Hunter sooner, but she is our new vet!!!
