My mother has been going to this vet with her animals for 6 years. Recently she has been severely mistreated and talked down to. The staff is rude, unhelpful and argumentative. She had an appointment scheduled for today and when entering the office was told her appointment was yesterday and would be charged an additional $70 for a walk in appointment.
