Have to wait days or weeks to get in even if your dog is sick. I had to wait a week just to get an allergy shot from a vet tech… seriously? If you need that much lead time For a 2 minute apt with a vet tech then you are understaffed and don’t care about your patients. My dog then got a secondary skin infection for waiting so long for the allergy shot and I called in to see the doctor and now I have to wait 4 days for that appointment! No thanks… I’ll drive 2 hours to my old vet who actually cares about my dog.
If you are just looking for a veterinary service that will provide your pet with flea meds and shots then this place is okay. The low rate is for their lack of compassion and/or care when your precious pet becomes ill. They will not take time to see your pet when you call or stop in with your ill fur friend, they just tell you to make an appointment that's several days out.
Idk what the issue was but I had to bring my dog in for 3 separate check ups before we could order basic preventive medicine when it's normally allowed to be ordered after 1 check up. They could really work on their communication and overall care / patience. It seems like they care more about quick transactions instead of taking time to do the right thing.
Was recommended to this place by my parents. I called and left a message. They got back to me and requested a $50 deposit. I thought put the appointment on my calendar, but it wasn't there when I looked again. When I called on Friday to see when it was, within office hours, I got no response. I waited until Monday and called again. Left messages both times. Finally got ahold of someone to see when thw appointment was for my new cat. All the staff was amazing during our first visit with both our very anxious dogs. 🩷 the care was excellent & the staff was very understanding!
