I could give zero stars I would. I had been taking my cat to this clinic since he was a kitten. He is now 17 years old and I think he is actively dying. I called the clinic to ask if I can make an appointment. The girl put me on hold and a woman got on the phone and rudely told me based on a bad review you gave us back in 2022, we have decided to sever ties with you. What a shitty place! Customer service horrible! They don’t even let you come in with your animal. You have to wait out in the parking lot in your car, very unfriendly, unprofessional, and just shitty you got to be crazy to take your loved animals there! Pure shit show!
