The team here is by far some of the nicest, professional, and comforting people in the business. Prices are not as overwhelming as my past 2 vets in the suburbs AND they send in the insurance claims for you! Also, their Halloween candy bucket is on point! I just brought my kitten Romeo there for his first check up and everyone was so kind and it was the easiest thing in the world. They even sent me photos of my little guy while I was waiting to get him. The sweetest staff, highly recommend ❤️❤️

We love Dr. Simpson and the staff at Animal Medical Center of Chicago! We came after a bad experience at another vet in the Chicago area. Our puppy, Koda had an ear infection and was treated so poorly at our former vet. We mentioned this to Dr. Simpson and her and the staff did everything they could to give Koda a positive vet experience.
