We’ve been taking our 4 year old bernedoodle here since he was a puppy. he can be very anxious but the staff always treats him with kindness and care and they are so patient! they are supportive and always available for any questions or other administrative needs, and we trust them to always give the highest standard of care.
The team here is incredible. Dr. Ogishi feels like a family member, always looking out for my pup. Even during a traumatic event while I was out of town, she was there via phone and text to help make sure he had the best care possible. And the rest of the team is equally as amazing - always responsive, caring, and reassuring. I’ll bring my best friend here now as well as every pet I ever have in the future.
So, I’m the type of person who tends to spend hours researching “the best of the best” when looking for new providers. When I adopted my dog 6 years ago as a first time dog mom, I asked many local Facebook groups for vet recommendations and saw AMC mentioned frequently & decided to give them a shot— and I am so glad I did. We chose AMC because they are fear free and one of our pups has shown fear-based aggression and had pretty terrible experiences having to be sedated at a past vet. AMC was able to fully sedate him for his visit without retraumatizing him or us. Our other dog is a senior and basically needs a punch card for how often he’s at AMC as we try to get his complicated health conditions under control.
